Admissions Procedure:

Please ensure that you:

• Download and complete the student application form. Please ensure that the last page is signed.

• Download and complete the student health form.

• Please include an electronic copy of your child's:
  • passport.
  • medical record.
  • latest full end of year school report.
  • passport size photograph.
  • Qatar Residence Permit (if available).

2. Email attachments should not exceed 5MB.
3. Please do not hand deliver or post hard copies of documentation.  Only electronic application forms and attachments will be accepted.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from Mrs Nepia once all documents are received.

Waitlist for September 2012 entry will not be open to accept applications until 1 January 2012.
