For Year 3 - 6 Day: Monday (Y3), Tuesday (Y3/4) and Wednesdays (Y5/6) Time: 13:15 - 14:15 Venue: Cookery Room Teacher in charge: Mrs Witzmann About the club: Mrs Witzmann is a professional cook, with an HND in Hotel and Catering Management as well as a qualification in Hygiene for Food Handlers. With the emphasis on the class being the fun process of making something good to eat, this cookery course should not be missed! The principles of food hygiene and basic food science will also be referred to. |
