The school Board of Governors is mainly drawn from the British ex-patriate community and includes British Embassy representation. It meets approximately once per month during the term time. Governors give generously of their time and expertise for the benefit of the school. Their role is to offer long term main direction to DESS, while the day-to-day leadership and management of the school is delegated to the Headteacher. The Governors also liaise closely with the Headteacher to offer support with financial management and budgetary issues.
