Hello my name is Gill Robinson and I'm your Fab Club Leader.  Did you know on average women spend 31 years on a diet in their lifetime (Mail online Sept, 2011), and, break their diet just 4 days after starting it!! (C.Morgan, Mar 2011).

1 Join a Group
Women are social by nature and researchers have found that women do better when they are in dieting group (Weightism.org). A diet group can listen to your struggles and help you celebrate your victories, keeping your morale and motivation on track.
2 Keep track 3 Set realistic goals
Dieters, who track their food intake, lose twice as much as those who don't! Most experts recommend to lose around 1kg/week
